Credit History - Credit Check using Equifax Credit Bureau
Financial Background
Employment History & Rental History.
- Prepare the Lease
and all other required documents
- Conduct move-in and
move out inspections.
- Collect security
deposit and first month's rent

Maintain Security Deposits in Bank
Trust Account
as required by law.
- Collect monthly
rent & pay disbursements
- Send late notices,
and when necessary, arrange evictions.
- Pay your mortgage,
Property taxes, utility bills and maintenance fees.
- Periodic
inspections of property.
- Coordinate and make
payments for required repairs and maintenance work.
- Prepare monthly

Relations with the tenants to keep complaints to a minimum.
Be available 24 hours a day to handle tenant emergencies. Maintenance
request are handled promptly. We coordinate necessary repairs.
If the repair estimate exceeds $250, the owner will be contacted for
approval.

and renewals of existing leases, utilizing the approved North Carolina
Association of Realtors.

Schedule all Warranty
or Service Contract Maintenance when due.
