Elite Properties & Services began operation in January 2001 and was established as an LLC in April 2001. We have managed over 125 properties which includes 350 homeowners. The company is led by the following individuals with a total combined property management experience of 21 years:

Catherine directs the day-to-day operations of the business; she is also involved in the marketing aspect of the business.  This major function includes keeping properties occupied with qualified tenants through advertising and lead follow up.  Another important role that she is concerned with is helping investment property owners and homeowners in preserving and increasing the value of their real estate investments.     Catherine also manages the affairs and operations of the homeowner associations.

Samuel K. Norman, Managing Partner

Sam is involved in facilities management - He is responsible for scheduling  maintenance and repairs, negotiating contracts with vendors, regularly inspecting properties to ensure they are in good working order, quickly resolves emergency maintenance issues and coordinates eviction proceedings if necessary.
