Catherine
directs the day-to-day operations of the business; she is
also involved in the marketing aspect of the business.
This major function includes keeping properties occupied
with qualified tenants through advertising and lead follow
up. Another important role that she is concerned with
is helping investment property owners and homeowners in
preserving and increasing the value of their real estate
investments. Catherine also manages the affairs and
operations of the homeowner associations.

responsible for scheduling maintenance and repairs,
negotiating contracts with vendors, regularly inspecting
properties to ensure they are in good working order,
quickly resolves emergency maintenance issues and
coordinates eviction proceedings if necessary.

in both the property management and sales. Pam has

of the Pinehurst-Southern Pines Area Association of
REALTORS; the 2009 President of the Pinehurst-Southern
Pines Area MLS; the 2006-2009 Region 5 Vice President
of the NC Association of REALTORS; the 2011-2013 Region 5
Director of the NC Real Estate Educational Foundation; and
the 2011-2012 NC Governor of the National Women's Council
of RELATORS. Pam was also named the 2005 Pinehurst-Southern
